1. Window for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your apparel must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed: Items must be in their original condition.

Tags attached: Original brand tags and care labels must still be attached.

Free of marks: Items showing signs of wear, odor, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items: Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns for:

Sizing or fit issues

Change of mind

Defects or damage: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

2. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the issue.

3. Once approved, our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. (Note: If you want customers to pay for return shipping, change this line to: "Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.")

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, please allow 2–4 business days for us to inspect the items.

Refund Approval: After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment Credit: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
